Conditions for returning goods

    1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    1.1. These rules for the return of goods (hereinafter - the Rules) determine the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the person who purchased goods in the electronic store www.evaboxshop.eu from UAB EVABOX (hereinafter - the Seller), when the Buyer returns / exchanges the goods purchased from UAB EVABOX. By purchasing goods, the Buyer agrees to the application of these Rules.
    2. RETURN OF QUALITY GOODS, based on the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the approval of retail trade rules and the Retail Trade Rules themselves.
    2.1. Purchased quality goods can be returned at your own expense within 14 days. if:
    2.1.1. the returned item is in its original, neat packaging;
    2.1.2. the product is unused, unassembled and undamaged;
    2.1.3. the product has not lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not torn, bags, etc.)

    2.1.4. the returned item is complete with all the manufacturer's attached documentation or warranty, if any.

    2.2. When returning the product, the Buyer will need:
    2.2.1. Provide a document confirming the purchase of the product (purchase receipt, invoice or bank statement);
    2.2.2. Fill out the request to exchange/return the product;
    2.2.3. Get confirmation from the Seller that the item can be returned/exchanged.
    2.3. The quality product is replaced or the money paid is returned.
    2.3.1. After purchasing a product in the online store www.evaboxshop.eu - money is transferred to the Buyer's account after receiving the returned product and assessing the condition of the returned product (this may take up to 5 days after receiving the returned product).
    2.3.2. If the money is returned not to the Buyer's account, but to another person's account, it is mandatory to present the authorization issued by the Buyer to the other person to accept the returned money.
    2.4. Quality goods cannot be returned/exchanged if they are:
    2.4.1. electrical and other goods in accordance with Clause 17 of the Retail Trade Rules, which provides for a list of non-returnable goods;
    2.4.2. Goods that were delivered according to the Buyer's individual order or manufactured according to the Buyer's individual order;
    2.4.3. Goods that are obviously damaged, have lost their commercial properties, from which the protective films have been torn off, the packaging is damaged or the goods have already been tried to be used. 

    3. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the approval of retail trade rules and the Retail Trade Rules themselves.
    3.1. When returning low-quality goods (or evidence confirming the facts of inadequate quality), the buyer must deliver them to the specified UAB EVABOX production address for quality assessment.
    3.2. In the event that a defective product is returned - the Seller undertakes to replace the defective product with a good one at his own expense or to return the money paid for the product, if there are no product violations, damages and the product has not been installed. 

    The buyer can return the goods ONLY online.
